The Seismic Design Report service (the "Service") is provided by G-Ark Ready Solutions ("we", "us", the "Seller"). By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

The Service generates site-specific seismic hazard information and design response spectra (SNI 1726:2019, SNI 2833:2016, SNI 8460:2017) from public seismological and hazard datasets, delivered on screen and as downloadable PDF/CSV reports. Reports are engineering aids only. They do not replace site-specific geotechnical investigation, professional engineering judgement, or applicable regulatory approvals. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must not misuse the Service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property; uploading malware; probing, scanning, or interfering with the security or integrity of the Service; automated scraping; or circumventing technical or plan limits, including resale or redistribution of reports beyond your own project use.

We retain all ownership of the Service, its software, documentation, layout, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and the reports you purchase within your selected plan. No reverse engineering or redistribution of the underlying software is permitted.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and third-party data sources (for example USGS, Global CMT, BNPB InaRISK, PUPR) may be temporarily unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our payment provider. Please see Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. One-time report purchases grant access for the specific coordinate purchased. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, with access continuing to the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends; previously downloaded reports remain yours to use, and account data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law. You indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which G-Ark Ready Solutions is established, and disputes are subject to its courts. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
