G-Ark Ready Solutions operates the Seismic Design Report service and is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. This page is maintained by G-Ark Ready Solutions to answer common privacy questions about the service.

• Account data (email address, authentication identifiers, sign-in provider such as Google) — to create and secure your account and give you access to purchased reports. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Report and usage data (coordinates you select, generated reports, purchase and entitlement records, timestamps) — to deliver the service, show your report history, and verify access to paid features. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, error logs) — for security, fraud prevention, reliability, and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages you send us — to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interests or contract performance.

Payment card details are never collected or stored by us; they are handled directly by our payment provider.

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, authentication, and error monitoring providers that operate the platform on our behalf.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and buyer support.
• Meta Platforms — page-visit and registration events sent by the Meta Pixel for ad measurement and optimization, only with consent where required (see Cookies and local storage).
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

Where data is transferred outside your country or region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

We keep account, purchase, and report data for as long as your account is active and thereafter only as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Technical logs are kept for a short operational period. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls on our database, and restricted administrative access.

With your consent where required, we use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms) to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to count account registrations. The pixel records page visits and registration events on this site and shares them with Meta for measurement and ad optimization.
