G-Ark Ready Solutions operates the Seismic Design Report service and is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. This page is maintained by G-Ark Ready Solutions to answer common privacy questions about the service.

Payment card details are never collected or stored by us; they are handled directly by our payment provider.

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, authentication, and error monitoring providers that operate the platform on our behalf.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and buyer support.
